HUMAN RIGHTS: it is a set of rules and regulations concerned with the equality and fairness.
Human rights recognized our freedom that make a choices about our development and lives as human beings.
Human rights means that living with out any fears free from fears, harassment.
Some of the basic human rights.
(1) All human beings are free and equall.
(2) No discrimination among them.
(3) Rights to life.
(4) No slavery.
(5) No torture and inhuman treatment.
(6)Same rights to use law.
(7) Equall before law.
Some of the respects for the human rights.
In UNGPs there are three basic respects for human rights.
☆ State have duty to protect the rights of humans beings.
☆ The corporate responsibility to respect the human rights.
☆The access to the remedy for victims of abuse.
State is the first barrier for protection of human rights.
FEATURES OF HUMAN RIGHTS
The basic rights of humans being on the sharing value like dignity, fairness, equality, respect and independence.
These all features defined by law in state.
In British the 1998 Act is for protection of human rights.
FACTORS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS.
By taking into an account the historical, political, legal, economic social, culture, religious, ethnical and technological are the factors responsible for protection of human rights and solving the issues of humans rights in union future direction.

Right to life for everyone.
The right to equal treatment before law.
Right to privacy.
Right to freedom of thoughts religion opinion and expression.
Right to education.
Right of liberty and personal security.
