☆ Universal declaration of human rights:

The universal declaration of human rights is a complete framework of human rights in shape of doucoments which adopted by U.N  General assembly for providing rights to every individual.

The universal declaration of human rights is originally published by Draft committee on December 10 1948 at Paris.
The universal declaration made up of 18 from different political , cultural, religion.
Wrote and signed under USA president Eleanor Roosevelt.

It's main purposes is to provide the fundamental rights and freedom.
This Declaration is One of prominent step and agreement among all nations on the basic principles of human beings.

This doucoments is set for first time to enhance and take some serious action after word war II to protect the rights of all human beings.

☆ The universal declaration of human rights have 30 articles which mentioned all the fundamental rights of human beings some of important are below.


1.  All human beings born free and with equall dignity and rights.

2. There is no discrimination on basis of race,colour,sex,language,religion,and political or other opinion.

3. Everyone have rights of life and liberty.

4. No one shall be held in slavery servitude.

5. No one shall be torture or to cruel.

6. Everyone have rights of recognition everywhere before law.

7. All human beings are equal before law.

8. Everyone have rights to an effective remedy against violation in constitution or by law.

9. No one shall be subjected to arrest with out any crime.

10. Everyone have rights of free speech and hearing an independent.
