What is interview:
The meeting of a people face to face for consultation.
Interview means meeting, discussion, conference, question and Answer session, examination, talk etc.
It is a formal consultation usually to evaluate qualification for student or employer.
It is a meeting where information obtained.
Interview have interviewee and interviewers.
Interviewers are those who ask a question from student or employer.
And interviewee are those who give Answer to the interviewer.
TYPES OF INTERVIEW
Interview May be in form of
●phone call
●The panel interview
●The competency test
●The virtual assessment center
Advantages and disadvantages of interview.
● Advantages: Best way to understand about interviewee that how much he or she know about your industry or work.
It is the method of accurate screening test and face to face and capture verbal and non verbal questions keep focusing emotion and behavior of interviewee can exposed to the interviewer.
Ability to find right condidate.
●Disadvantages: there are some disadvantages of interview.
Time consuming: it consume the much of time.
Biases : it means that interviewee can be effected by the reaction of interviewer and his race, class, age or physical appearance.
Costly: interview is costly also for both of interviewer and interviewee.
